The steps/distance counted when walking may be affected by the following things:
- Position of the tracker on the wrist (make sure it is not too tight, not too loose)
- Position of the tracker on the wristband (arrow on the wristband and arrow on the tracker must be aligned)
- Posture when walking. Don't put your hands in your pocket. The tracker being equipped with a 3 axes accelerometer, it must be an entire part of the movement while walking to allow steps to be counted accurately.
