To synchronize the data collected by your iHealth Wave with the app, the Bluetooth of your smartphone must be enabled.
Launch the iHealth MyVitals application and login to your account
Then go to: MENU > Activity and sleep > Synchronization
If your smartphone is connected to the internet, the data synchronized with the app will also automatically synchronized with secure cloud space. Otherwise, they will be synced as soon as your smartphone is connected to the internet.
