The iHealth Wave measures different kind of activities with a great accuracy thanks to its 3-axis accelerometer and dedicated algorithms.
- Walking
- Running
- Swimming
- The sleep
It is ideal for physical activities where the wrist on which the iHealth Wave is placed is an integral part of the movement performed.
It is not suitable for more static activities (musculation, yoga) or when the iHealth Wave is not an integral part of the movement (cycling). It still captures movements when worn during these activities, but these activities are not recorded with as much accuracy as for walking or running activities.
