Common reasons
- Your device may not support color indicators on the display
Not all iHealth blood pressure monitors include green, yellow, or red lights on the screen. Some models display results numerically only. - Results may be shown in the app instead
In some cases, blood pressure categories are displayed in the app rather than on the device itself. - The measurement did not complete properly
If the reading was interrupted or unsuccessful, indicator lights may not appear. - Model differences
Color-coded indicators are a feature available on certain models only and are not included on all devices.
What you can do
- Confirm whether your device supports color indicators by checking the product manual
- Make sure the measurement completes fully without interruption
- Open the app to view your results and category (if applicable)
- Ensure your app is updated to the latest version
