Removing a Glucometer from the My Devices List
If you see a glucometer listed under My Devices in the iHealth MyVitals app, it may be connected through the iGluco app.
If you do not want the glucometer to appear in the My Devices list in the iHealth MyVitals app, you can remove it through the iGluco app:
- Open and log in to the iGluco app.
- Go to Devices.
- Select the glucometer you want to remove.
- Tap Forget Device.
Important: Selecting Forget Device in the iGluco app will also remove the glucometer from the iGluco app. Only complete these steps if you no longer want the device connected to iGluco.
Once the glucometer is removed from the iGluco app, it will no longer appear in the My Devices list in the iHealth MyVitals app. Please allow a few minutes for the change to appear in the MyVitals app.
