You can create an iHealth account directly in the iHealth MyVitals app. Creating an account allows you to securely store and sync your health data across your devices.
Before You Start
Make sure you have:
- The latest version of the iHealth MyVitals app installed
- A valid email address
- An internet connection
How to Create an Account
- Open the iHealth MyVitals app on your mobile device.
- On the login screen, select Create a New Account.
- Select your region.
- Enter your:
- Email address
- Password
- Check the boxes to:
- Agree to receive the mailing list (optional)
- Accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
- Select your gender.
- Enter your birthdate.
- Tap Create.
- Tap Get Started.
- The app will ask if you would like to link your iHealth account with Apple HealthKit.
- Select Yes or No based on your preference.
- Select the type of device you would like to add:
- Blood Pressure Monitors
- Scales
- Pulse Oximeters
- Thermometers
- Activity Trackers
- Select your device model from the list.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your device using Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, depending on your device model.
- Complete the device setup and pairing process.
Troubleshooting Tips
I did not receive the verification email
- Check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Make sure the email address was entered correctly.
- Wait a few minutes and try again.
- Try resending the verification email from the app.
My device will not connect
Try the following:
- Make sure Bluetooth or Wi-Fi is enabled on your phone.
- Keep your device close to your phone during setup.
- Confirm the device has fresh batteries or is fully charged.
- Restart your phone and device.
- Make sure the MyVitals app is updated to the latest version.
I forgot my password
- On the login screen, tap Forgot Password.
- Enter your email address.
- Follow the instructions in the password reset email.
The app will not let me create an account
Try the following:
- Update the MyVitals app to the latest version.
- Restart your phone.
- Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data.
- Try using a different email address.
