Introduction
iHealth Pulse Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor is for use by medical professionals or by individuals (patients) at home. It is a non-invasive blood pressure measurement system intended to measure the diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure and pulse rate of an adult individual by using a non-invasive technique in which an inflatable cuff is wrapped around the wrist. The cuff circumference is limited to 5.5-7.7 in (14.0-19.5 cm).

Pairing with the App (Optional)
• Scan the QR code to download the iHealth MyVitals app.
• Open the app, tap "+" and follow the instructions to pair.
After pairing, the time automatically synchronizes with the app.
Refer to "MANUAL TIME SETTING" to set it manually.

Wear The Cuff
a. Wrap the cuff around your bare wrist.
b. Leave about 0.5in (1-2cm) between the cuff and the bottom of your palm.
c. Both your palm and monitor display should face upward.
Always use the same wrist for consistent readings. The left wrist is recommended. If worn on the right wrist, keep the monitor on the palm side of your wrist with the display upside down.
Note:
1. Replace the batteries when the low battery symbolappears after startup.
2. Rechargeable batteries are not suitable.
3. Remove the batteries if the monitor will not be used for at least a month to avoid potential damage from battery leakage.
4. Please refer to the measurable wrist circumference in "SPECIFICATIONS" to ensure cuff is suitable for use.
5. Do not use the cuff on injured, irritated, or infected skin.
6. Do not remove the cuff from the monitor.

Measurement starts automatically after 3 seconds. Press again to start immediately. The display shows three measurement stages:Note:

Understanding The Results
IMPORTANT:
Please consult a healthcare professional for interpretation of measurements. Do not self-diagnose or treat based solely on these readings.
Color indicator – shows blood pressure levels based on the World Health Organization (WHO) classification. Refer to “ASSESSING HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE FOR ADULTS” for details.
Irregular heartbeat symbol – appears if an irregular rhythm is detected during measurement. The reading may be affected. This device is not intended to diagnose arrhythmias. Consult a physician if the symbol appears repeatedly.
Why Do My Readings Vary?
Blood pressure fluctuates naturally throughout the day due to stress, posture, food, or even measuring. For consistent readings:
- Take 2–3 measurements each time;
- Always rest 60–90 seconds between measurements.
AVERAGE & MEMORY FUNCTION
Press "M" to enter Memory Mode and browse stored values.
Last 3 average is displayed automatically. Press "M" again to view morning average (if available).
Press "M" again to view stored readings from the most recent measurements. The reading number is displayed first.
Note:
- Check details for the stored values in "Display Symbols & Button Functions" Section.
- When an individual reading is displayed, press and hold the "M" button for 3 seconds to delete it from the device.
- The monitor turns off after 1 minute of no operation. Press "START/STOPS" to turn it off manually.
- The device stores up to 199 readings per user. When full, the oldest reading is overwritten.
- Stored readings and averages are for reference only. Consult a healthcare professional for interpretation.
Sync and Share Results
Sync Stored Results with the App
- Open the iHealth MyVitals app.
- Press "M" on the monitor. The Bluetooth symbol flashes.
- When connected, the Bluetooth symbol stays on, and you can sync the results.
IMPORTANT:
After synchronizing the stored results with the app, all stored results on the monitor will be removed automatically (stored count "00" appears).
Sync to Apple Health & Google Fit
Open the App, turn on "Apple Health" or "Google Fit" in authorize 3rd-party apps. Data in app will be automatically sync to authorize 3rd-party apps.
MANUAL TIME SETTING
- Press and hold the "M" and "START/STOP" buttons for 3 seconds to enter time setting mode.
- For each flashing item, press the " " button to adjust and the "START/STOP" button to confirm. The setting order is: Hour Format (12H/24H)/Year/Month/Day/Hour/Minute.
- After the minute is set, press the "START/STOP" button again to save the settings.
Note:
- The monitor turns off after 1 minute of no operation. Changes are not saved if incomplete. Press the "
- " button to turn it off manually.
- The default time format is 12H. The default date and time is 2025-01-01 00:00. If the monitor has previously been synchronized with the app, the current stored time will be displayed instead.
ASSESSING HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE FOR ADULTS
The following guidelines for assessing high blood pressure (without regard to age or gender) have been established by the World Health Organization (WHO). Please note that other factors (e.g., diabetes, obesity, smoking, etc.) must be considered. Consult with your physician for accurate assessment. Never diagnose or treat yourself based on your readings.
Classification of Blood Pressure for Adults
WHO/ISH Definitions and Classification of Blood Pressure Levels. When a patient's systolic and diastolic blood pressures fall into different categories, the higher category should apply.
