Battery and Charging
Question: Why does the monitor display "Lo" and refuse to start a measurement?
Answer: The "Lo" symbol indicates that the built-in lithium battery is low. You must charge the device using the provided USB Type-C cable. Note that for safety reasons, the monitor cannot be used while it is charging.
Question: How do I know when the device is fully charged?
Answer: While charging, the battery icon will flash. Once the device is fully charged, the battery icon will stop flashing and remain solid.
Using the T.A.G. (Track and Go) Function
Question:What is T.A.G. (Track and Go) ? How to use this function?
Answer: This function allows you to add tags to your measurements. Tags help you better manage your blood pressure data and understand how it fluctuates.
After a measurement is completed, the user can press the T.A.G. button to categorize their state (such as mood or activity level). This information is then synced to the iHealth MyVitals app to help track how different factors affect blood pressure.
Question: What happens if I forget to press a T.A.G. button after my measurement?
Answer: If no button is pressed, the device will automatically shut off after 90 seconds, and the measurement will be saved without a specific tag.
Maintenance
Question: Can the cuff be washed if it gets dirty?
Answer: Clean the device with a dry, soft cloth or a soft cloth dampened with water, disinfectant alcohol, or diluted detergent (wring out the cloth to remove as much liquid as possible before wiping the device).
Question: What are the specific cleaning instructions for the monitor and cuff?
Answer: Please keep the cuff clean. If the cuff becomes dirty, remove it from the device and clean it by hand with mild detergent, then rinse it thoroughly with cold water. Never dry the cuff in a clothes dryer, nor iron it. For personal use, it is recommended that the cuff be cleaned after approximately 200 uses. Disinfecting is recommended if the cuff is used in a hospital or a clinic. Wipe the cuff’s inner side (the side that contacts the skin) with a soft cloth, lightly moistened with ethyl alcohol (75 to 90 percent). Then, air-dry the cuff.
Understanding the Dual-Display Screen
The iHealth Jurni (BP-300CL) features a unique dual-display layout designed to help users compare their current health status with historical data at a glance.
- Right Side: The right side of the screen is dedicated to the most recent measurement. Whether you are viewing averages or scrolling through history, this side consistently displays the latest reading for reference.
- Left Side : The left side changes its content based on the function you select:
◦ Last 3-Readings Average: When you first press the "M" button, the left screen displays the average value of your three most recent readings.
◦ Individual History Memory: Pressing the "M" button again allows you to cycle through individual historical records stored in the memory on the left side.
◦ Data Comparison: Because the right side keeps the latest result visible, you can easily compare your past readings (on the left) against your most recent one (on the right) to track changes in your blood pressure
