Intended use
Thank you very much for selecting iHealth Track Pro Connected Blood Pressure Monitor. This monitor is for medical professionals or individuals (patients) at home. It is a non-invasive blood pressure measurement system intended to measure the diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, and pulse rate of an adult individual using a noninvasive technique in which an inflatable cuff is wrapped around the arm. The cuff circumference is limited to 5.9"-18.9" (15-48cm).
Contraindication
▲ This wireless blood pressure monitor (electronic sphygmomanometer) is not suitable for people with severe arrhythmia.
Display Indicators
Setup and Operation
DOWNLOAD THE APP (Optional)
Before first use, download and install the iHealth MyVitals app from the App Store (iOS device) or Google Play (Android device). Use the search term "myvitals". The icon for the MyVitals app will look like this.
Install batteries or use an AC Adapter
Batteries
- Open the battery cover at the back of the device.
- Insert three "AA" batteries. Make sure the batteries are inserted according to the positive and negative marks ("+" and "-") printed in the battery housing.
- Close the battery cover.
Note:
When a low battery symbol appears on the display, replace all batteries with new ones. shows on display, replace all
Rechargeable batteries are not suitable for this device.
AC Adapter
- Insert the USB Type-C Power Cable on the right side of your monitor and the AC adapter.
- Plug the AC adapter into an electrical outlet.
Note:
- The device automatically switches to external power when connected and reverts to battery power when disconnected.
- The external power source does not charge the device's battery.
- To ensure every reading has the correct time and date, it is recommended to keep the battery installed in the device at all times.
- Without keeping the battery in your monitor, you may need to set the date and time each time you unplug and plug back in the AC adapter.
Time and Date Setup
Automatic Time Sync (Recommend)
When the device connects to the app via Bluetooth, time and date will be synchronized automatically. It is recommended to set up the time before the first measurement.
Manual Time Setting
1. Press and hold both and
buttons for 2s to enter setting mode.
2. For each flashing item, press to adjust and
to confirm. The setting order is "Year/Month/Day/Hour/Minute."
Note:
- The device will exit setting mode after 30 seconds of inactivity.
- After replacing the batteries, you should sync/readjust the time and date.
Connecting the Cuff to the Device
Insert the air tube connector firmly into the device's air tube socket on the left side.
Note:
- Make sure that the connector is completely inserted to avoid air leakage
Applying the Cuff

Pull the cuff through the metal loop. Slide your bare arm through the cuff and tighten it securely. Close the velcro to fasten the cuff in place.
- Ensure the bottom of the cuff is positioned .5" (1 to 2 cm) above your elbow joint and fits comfortably, yet snugly, around your arm.
- You should be able to insert one finger between your arm and the cuff.

If applying the cuff on your left arm, Position the cuff so that the cuff tube is in the middle of your arm and in line with your middle finger.

If applying the cuff on your right arm, Position the cuff so that the cuff tube is at the side of your elbow and in line with your little finger.
Not sure which arm to use?
According to the 2017 AHA/ACC Hypertension Guidelines, you should measure both arms separately at first. If there is a significant difference in blood pressure readings, always use the arm with the higher measurement readings for consistency.
Note:
- Please refer to the cuff circumference range in "SPECIFICATIONS" to ensure appropriate usage.
- Always measure on the same arm for consistency.
- Do not apply the cuff if the arm has inflammation, acute diseases, or skin wounds.
To prevent measurement failure or injury, please avoid squeezing or bending the connection tube during the measurement process
BODY POSTURE DURING MEASUREMENT
Sitting during measurement:
- Sit with your feet flat on the floor and avoid crossing your legs.
- Extend your arm with your palm facing up, resting comfortably on a flat surface.

Position the cuff to be at the same level as your heart.
Lying down during measurement:
- Lie on your back
- Place the arm with the cuff straight along your side with your palm facing up.

Ensure your arm with the cuff is positioned at the same level as your heart.
TAKING YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE READING
- After securing the cuff and getting comfortable, press the
button to take a measurement.
- The device will inflate the cuff and gradually release pressure while measuring your blood pressure.
- Once the measurement is complete, the display will show the following;
- Systolic and diastolic pressures (mmHg)
- Pulse rate
- Blood pressure classification
- Irregular pulse
(if detected)
When the monitor displays the results, the indicator color will change based on the blood pressure classification. For more details, refer to "ASSESSING HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE FOR ADULTS."
Note:
- Contact customer service if any display symbol is missing.
- If you move during the measurement, the
icon may appear, indicating a possible inaccurate result. Please measure again.
- If the
icon appears during the measurement, the cuff may be too loose or improperly wrapped. Press the
button to stop the measurement, adjust the cuff, and restart the measurement.
- At any time during a measurement, you can interrupt it by pressing the
button.
- Please consult a healthcare professional for the interpretation of the measurements.
- The device will automatically turn off after 30 seconds of inactivity. Alternatively, press the
button to turn off the device at any time.

VIEWING STORED READINGS
Last Three Reading Averages
- You can check the latest three measurement averages by pressing the
button.

When displaying the average of the last three readings, the letter
will be shown in front of the heart rate position.
All Other Readings
- Press the
button again to show the most recent reading
- When showing the records, the date of measurement, time and the heart rate will be shown in sequence.
- Continue pressing the
button to view the next reading.
Note:
If the time and date are not set during measurement, --:-- will be displayed.
Delete All Readings
When a reading is displayed, holding the button for seven seconds will remove all the readings stored on the device.
TRANSFERRING STORED READINGS TO THE APP
You may transfer your blood pressure readings to the iHealth MyVitals app at any time.
- Place your phone close to the blood pressure monitor.
- Open the iHealth MyVitals app on your smartphone (Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled in your smartphone's settings).
- Press the
button on the monitor, the Bluetooth icon
will begin flashing. It will stop flashing once the monitor connects to the app.
- Your stored readings will then be automatically transmitted to the app.
- Once the readings have been successfully transferred, all stored readings on the monitor will be removed automatically.
Standards
The device follows the ACC/AHA 2017 Guideline. The corresponding color classifications are shown in the table below.
*Individuals with Systolic BP and Diastolic BP in 2 categories should be designated to the higher BP category.
BP indicates blood pressure (based on an average of ≥ 2 careful readings obtained on ≥ 2 occasions).
