The HS5 measures all body parameters for persons from 18 to 70 years old.
Below 18 years and over 70 years, only weight and body fat are measured.
On the other hand, since bio-electric impedance analysis (BIA) is difficult in minors and persons over 70 years old due to the rapid body changes specific to them, body fat measured for these persons is a reference body fat. It is recommended in this case to rather focus on the curve of change in body fat to see if it is increasing or decreasing.
Menu > MyVitals > Click on the "Weight" graph > Consult the "Body fat" graph.
Note - The app calculates the user's age based on his year and month of birth. The app will consider that a user born on March 24, 1990, is 18 years old on April 1, 2008.
