An offline measurement is a measurement made without the iHealth Gluco-Smart app open on your smartphone.
- Note - The glucometer can store up to 500 measurements in memory.
When the memory is full, the oldest measurements in memory are overwritten by new measurements. -
Reading measurements in memory

When the glucometer is offline, Press the M (memory) butting to display the results of the last measurement.

Each press of the M (memory) button scrolls through the results stored in memory, from the newest to the oldest.

The glucometer turns off automatically after 10 seconds with no action on the M
To sync the memory with the app,
- Open the app and connect the device.
- Tap on the measure
in the lower right corner.
- If there are any offline measurements stored in your devices memory they will be synced to the app for upload. A red dot with a number will be visible on the green "upload" button at the bottom of the screen. This number represents the number of unsynced measurements in memory.
- Tap on the upload button to see the measurements to be uploaded. At this time, you can chose to
or upload them individually by tapping on the cloud
upload button to the right of the measurement.
- Once uploaded, you will see "0 new readings since last upload"
Note – The glucometer stores the 10 most recent measurements in memory (even after synchronizing the data) in order to directly view the changes to blood glucose from the reader without going through the app.
