Can I Cancel My Order and Place a New One With the Correct Items?
Yes, orders may be cancelled before they are processed and shipped. If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, quantity, or model, you may request a cancellation and place a new order with the correct items.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. Orders are typically processed on the next business day (excluding weekends and certain holidays), and cancellation requests are most likely to be successful if received before processing begins.
While we make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered the fulfillment process or has already shipped.
How Do I Cancel My Order?
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped by:
- Opening your order confirmation email and following the cancellation instructions, or
- Contacting Customer Service at support@ihealthlabs.com.
Please provide the following information:
- Full name
- Order number
- Item(s) you would like to cancel
Shipping and Processing Information
Orders are generally shipped on the next business day if the items are in stock and the order is placed before 3:00 PM PST.
However, we cannot guarantee next-business-day shipment regardless of the shipping method selected. We make every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
What If My Order Has Already Shipped?
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or recalled while in transit.
If you no longer want the order, you may refuse delivery by writing "Refused Delivery" on the package and returning it to the carrier.
Once the returned item is received and processed, a refund will be issued. Please allow several business days for processing. If your refund has not been received after the return has been processed, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
