If your order has not yet been processed, our Customer Support team may be able to update the shipping address for you. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, so we recommend contacting us as soon as possible for any address changes.

Once the order has been processed or is already in transit, we are unable to change the shipping address. In these cases, you may contact the carrier to request a reroute. Refunds are not issued for orders shipped to an incorrect address; however, replacement options may be available by contacting Customer Service.
