How Do I Pay With HSA/FSA at Checkout?

You can use your HSA or FSA funds through Flex when purchasing eligible products from iHealth.

To pay with HSA/FSA:

1. Add your items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
2. Under Payment, select “Flex – Pay with HSA/FSA.”
3. Continue with your order. You will be redirected to Flex to complete your payment.
4. Flex will show which items in your order are HSA/FSA eligible.
5. Enter your HSA/FSA card information, including the card number, expiration date, security code, and ZIP code.
6. Review your order total and select Pay Now to complete your purchase.

If you don't have enough HSA/FSA funds to cover the entire purchase, Flex may provide options to split your payment or use a credit or debit card and submit the eligible expense for reimbursement later.
