Cleaning and Disinfection

Cleaning

  1. Clean the device with cotton or soft cloth moistened with water.
  2. After cleaning, wipe off the water with a soft cloth.
  3. Store the device in a dry environment.

Disinfection

The recommended disinfectants include: ethanol 70%, isopropanol 70%, glutaraldehyde (2%)
solution disinfectants.

  1. Clean the device as instructed above.
  2. Disinfect the product with cotton or soft cloth moistened with one of the recommended disinfectants.
  3. After disinfection, be sure to wipe off the disinfectant left on the product with a soft cloth moistened with water.
  4. Store the device in a dry environment

Troubleshooting

Possible reason

Solution

SpO2 and PR measurement results don't display normal or no measurement data.

1.The finger is not properly positioned.

2.The patient’ s SpO2 is too low to be detected.

1.Place the finger properly and try again.

2.Try again; Go to a hospital for a diagnosis if you are sure the device works all right.

The SpO2 and PR results are unstable.

1. The finger is not placed inside correctly.

2.The finger is shaking or the user is moving.

1.Place the finger in properly and try again.

2.Keep calm when measuring.

Unable to turn on the device.

1.The batteries are drained or almost drained.

2.The batteries are not installed correctly.

3.The device malfunctioned.

1.Change batteries.

2.Re-install batteries.

3.Please contact the supplier.

The screen is suddenly off.

1.Automatic power off after no signal for 10 seconds.

2.Low batteries power.

1.Normal.

2.Replace the batteries.
