Will the machine leak water after the water tank is filled and tilted?
Nasal irrigator is designed with an air intake hole to balance the pressure inside and outside the water tank while in use. There may be a small amount of water droplets leaking out when the machine is flat or inverted while filled with water, which is normal.
Why does the machine automatically shut down when in use?
The device has an "Automatic shutdown without water" function. When the water in the water tank runs out, the machine will automatically shut down

Is it uncomfortable to wash your nose?
- Generally speaking, if the water temperature is suitable for body temperature and the concentration of nasal washing liquid is correct, the nasal washing process will not make people feel uncomfortable.
- Some people may feel a slight discomfort for first-time users. For this situation, use Nasal-Congestion-Safe tip to wash your nose and use manual mode, which usually disappears after several uses.
- If discomfort persists, please consult a professional doctor.
What is Nasal-Congestion-Safe tip?
When using a nasal irrigator, if one nostril is stuffy or blocked, forcibly cleaning it with the irrigator at this time can not only cause discomfort but may also harm the nasal mucosa.
When using Nasal-Congestion-Safe tip, the water flow for cleaning the nasal cavity will come out of the same nostril, with a small amount of water flowing out of the other nostril. This not only prevents excessive nasal pressure but also makes the water flow gentler and more comfortable, suitable for users who are trying the nasal washing process for the first time to gradually adapt to the process
Why is it important to mix the correct proportion of nasal wash solution?
- The device comes with 30 premixed saline packets.
- You can also use any pH-balanced saline solution.
- The correct ratio for nasal wash solution is 13.5oz(400ml) of water + 3.6g of nasal wash salt, and the concentration of the solution mixed according to this ratio is 0.9% physiological saline.
- The correct concentration minimizes irritation to the nasal cavity; if the proportion of water is too low or the proportion of salt is too high, it will cause irritation to the nasal mucosa, so the correct proportion is very important
Can I use tap water directly?
Using untreated tap water may contain pathogenic bacteria, so please be sure to use pure water or cool boiled water that has been disinfected.
Is the water temperature adjustable?
Yes, it has a built-in thermometer and TFT display to monitor and maintain a comfortable water temperature.
What is the most comfortable temperature?
For most people, the temperature close to body temperature is the most comfortable, which is about 98°F/37°C, and you can also try to find the most suitable temperature for yourself.
Can I use food salts at home?
Food salts at home usually contain iodine, which can stimulate the nasal mucosa and are not easy to grasp the correct proportions. So please be sure to use iHealth's nose cleanser.
Can the remaining nasal wash solution be saved for the next use?
Nasal wash solution may breed bacteria in open environments, so it's best to mix fresh nasal wash solution each time before using it.
How often should I use it?
It is recommended to wash every morning and evening. Continuous use will have a better effect.
Is it normal for water to come out of your mouth when washing your nose?
Because the nose and mouth are connected, it is normal for water to occasionally flow out of the mouth when washing your nose.
After washing for a while, water flows out of nose?
- Because there are some openings called "sinus" in the nose, nasal sanitary fluid will flow in when washing your nose, so it is normal if water flows out after washing your nose.
- To avoid this, you can bend over and keep your head down after washing your nose and keep it for a while, and the water will flow out naturally.
