Why the thermometer dose not turn on?
If your thermometer does not turn on, please try a new set of batteries and make sure that the batteries are oriented correctly.
The iHealth PT9L Thermometer uses 2 x AAA batteries. Rechargeable batteries are not recommended for this device.
If your thermometer still does not turn on, please contact support@ihealthlabs.com for a replacement if it is within the 365 day warranty period.
What should I do if low battery indicator always on?
Please install new, non-rechargeable, and non-expired batteries. If the issue persists, please contact
iHealth Support at support@ihealthlabs.com.
What should I do if all symbols are flashing?
When the thermometer's screen flashes with all of the symbols, the thermometer is defective. Please
contact support@ihealthlabs.com
Why does the thermometer keep giving invalid measurement readings?
- Too far from the forehead
- Make sure to remove protective cap before taking a reading
- Target temperature exceeds the measurement range, 50℉-104℉ (10℃-40℃).
- Environment temperature does not meet measurement requirements, 89.6℉-109.2℉ (32 ℃-42.9℃).
Please contact support@ihealthlabs.com if your thermometer still does not show a measurement after following these instructions, because you may have received a defective thermometer.
