Troubleshooting
Does not turn on
- If your thermometer does not turn on, please try a new set of batteries and make sure that the batteries are oriented correctly.
- The iHealth PT2L Thermometer uses 2 x AAA batteries. Rechargeable batteries are not recommended for this device.
- If your thermometer still does not turn on, please contact support@ihealthlabs.com for a replacement if within the 365 day warranty period.
Low battery indicator is always on
- Please install new, non-rechargeable, and non-expired batteries. If the issue persists, please contact iHealth Labs Support at support@ihealthlabs.com.
Invalid measurement screen
- Too far from the forehead
- Target temperature exceeds the measurement range
- Environment temperature does not meet measurement requirements.
Please contact support@ihealthlabs.com if your thermometer still does not show a measurement after following these instructions, because you may have received a defective thermometer.
All symbols flashing
When the thermometer's screen flashes with all of the symbols, the thermometer is defective.
