Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
- Make sure that the phone’s operating system and the iGluco app are both up to date.
- Go to the iPhone's Settings, search for iGluco, make sure that the "Microphone" permission is toggled on (green). Then go back to the iGluco app and try again. Proceed to step 3 if the issue persists.
- Replace the device battery with a new CR1620 battery, making sure that the positive terminal faces out. Then retry reconnecting within the iGluco app.
Note: Some phones have removed the 1/8th inch microphone port option. These phone require a USB-C to 1/8th inch adapter. Not all adapters are equal, the technology is not standard. We recommend using only the adapter provided by the original phone manufacturer.
