If you notice abnormal behavior of your iHealth Edge (connection trouble, display...), try to perform a Restart Complete.
- Plug your iHealth Wave on the USB charger provided as if you wanted to charge the battery.
- Press and hold the button on the side of the charger until "Restart Complete" appears on the screen of the iHealth Edge (about 10 seconds).
Note - A Restart complete doesn't delete settings such as alarms and doesn't delete the data you haven't sync yet.
