Current user's weight is outside the measurement range (50 - 180Kg /11-140 lbs)
Er2
The weight measured by the scale is not stable. Put your feet properly on the center of the scale and don't move during all the measurement.
Er5
The scale failed to sync your results to your personal secured Cloud account.
Please make sure to follow the step-by-step instructions on setting up your HS6 Core scale. Once you have set-up your HS6 Core, the scale will automatically sync your measurement results to the app and to your personal secured Cloud account. It may need several seconds to sync.
If you still experience problems with syncing, please follow these steps:
- When taking a measurement, ensure that the WiFi symbol on the scale stops flashing and turns solid, which indicates that a WiFi connection has been established.
- Stand on all four electrodes with bare feet. Remain on the scale for a few seconds to allow the scale to continue the measurement. Your weight and Body Fat % will appear on the scale.
- On the App, go to MENU > Weight > List, and check whether or not the last measurements taken have well been synchronized.
