Orders generally ship the next business day (excluding Saturday, Sunday and some holidays), if the items are in stock and the order is placed prior to 3:00 pm PST.
However, we cannot guarantee your order will ship the next business day, regardless of the shipping method you select. We make every effort to send out your order as quickly as possible.
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by either opening the order confirmation email or contacting customer service at support@ihealthlabs.com.
Please provide your name, order number, and the items you wish to cancel.
Note: Orders shipped can not be recalled once in transit. You may refuse delivery by writing refused delivery on the box and give it back the the carrier that delivered is. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund you charges. Please allow several days for processing. Contact customer service if your refund is not processed upon return of the item.
