iHealth Labs provides a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Item within the first 30 days after purchase are eligible for refunds or replacements. After 30 days, the limited warranty for the product applies.
To return an item purchased on iHealthLabs.com, please email support@ihealthlabs.com to obtain instructions and a return authorization (RMA) for the return. Items returned without an RMA can not be processed.
To return items purchased through the Amazon store, please log into your Amazon account, go to the orders tab and select the order. Select the "Return or Replace Items" and follow the steps provided. If the "Return or Replace Items" option does not appear on your order, you have exceeded the 30-Day return policy. Contact support@ihealthlabs.com for further assistance.
In your email correspondence to iHealth Labs, please provide the following information
- Name of item
- Reason for return
- Where you purchased the item
- Order number
- Original purchase date
- Name
- Phone number
- Address
Once your return is approved, your return will be assigned an RMA number.
Returns will take 3-5 business days to process and the funds will be returned to the original payment method after the returns are processed.
If the original payment method is no longer available, please let us know and we can arrange alternate refund methods.
