Make sure your device is connected to the app. You can use the plus icon on the upper right hand side to connect your device if you haven't already. If your device is already connected you should see it under my devices.
Tap the pen and paper icon (circular icon) in the lower right corner of the screen.
At the top of the screen, you’ll see Manual Input. Here, you can enter your manual readings and add any notes (optional). You can manually add the following information: Date, Time, SYS, DIA, Pulse, and Notes. Then tap Save.
(You will see your saved entry or Results next which means your reading is saved, you can now tap the arrow on the upper left hand side to go back to the main screen)
- Your readings will now appear in the History Data section along with your other data.
After tapping on the History Data button you can view your manually entered readings:
A pen and paper icon means the reading was added manually.
A notes icon means you also included manual notes.
