Please confirm whether the Watch is on. If the watch is turned off, please charge it Check whether the Bluetooth of the mobile phone is turned on, if it is turned off, turn it on If the watch is active: Confirm the device is paired with phone Bluetooth. Turn off Bluetooth and turn Bluetooth on again Try quitting the app and turning it back on again Restart the watch (long press the home button in the unbound state, click on the reboot to restart) If you still can't find the device after the above operations, it is recommended to contact customer service to replace the device. |
Pairing failed |
1. Press and hold the key on the right side of the watch for 3 seconds, select the" restart "option, and the watch will restart. Note: after trying the above steps, if it still fails, please submit log to contact our customer service personnel, and record your mobile phone model, system version, operation steps and phenomenon in the log |
