Please make sure the blood pressure monitor is fully charged and follow the below steps within the iHealth MyVitals app (not the legacy version with a white “Legacy” banner on the app logo):
- Devices tab,
- Plus icon in the top right corner,
- Blood Pressure Monitors,
- Neo BP5S,
- Push the "M" button on the monitor (the numbers should light up on the device, without the Bluetooth icon),
- "Next" in the app,
- A pop-up window should appear saying "Select the device to connect," tap the device with a code that matches the code on the device's QR sticker (or its end digits)
- The Bluetooth icon should light up on the blood pressure monitor and the app should say "The device is connected."
