If you would like to report an allergic reaction to the swab, please email support@ihealthlabs.com with the following information
1. Name, phone number and address
2. Where you purchased the test
3. Date and time you performed the test
4. Lot number found on the back of the pack
5. The nature and symptoms of your allergic reaction (allergic rhinitis, conjunctivitis, hives, swollen tissue, vomiting or diarrhea, dry skin)
6. A list of known allergies
7. The test component that caused the allergic reaction
