Billing address
Please verify that the billing address of the credit card you are using is the same as the billing address for the order. If they are not the same, your orders will be rejected. That is to protect customers and our company from orders fraudulently made using stolen credit card information.
Refunded for fraud
If your order was unexpectedly refunded without your request, it may have been suspected as credit card fraud. We take credit card fraud seriously and work hard to avoid taking fraudulent credit cards. Fraud hurts everyone involved, it hurts the person who's credit card was used fraudulently and It cost us lost inventory and fees. When we suspect fraud, we err on the side of the cardholder and refund suspected orders right away.
There are many reasons that a card may be suspected as fraud when it is not. It could be due to the card being used to ship to multiple locations in a short period of time. It could be due to entering wrong billing information or multiple failed transaction in a short period of time. It could even be because the order was placed on a computer located a long distance from the billing address.
We suggest that if you still want to continue with your order, that you place the order again, but as soon as you get your order confirmation, email us the order number and we will make sure that it does not get cancelled. Please send the email to support@ihealthlabs.com with the order number. We will confirm the order as non-fraudulent so it will not be cancelled.

Unlike other debit cards, the IRS does not allow FSA/HSA debit cards to be used at every merchant that accepts Visa or MasterCard. Rather, only certain types of merchants may accept an FSA/HSA debit card, usually enforced using "merchant category codes" or "merchant type codes" assigned by Visa and MasterCard. As a product manufacturer, we are not eligible to accept FSA/HSA cards.
You can always purchase up front and file a claim with out FSA/HSA plan administrator or look at purchasing on Amazon.com.
