For information regarding your appointment schedules, medications or medical conditions or data syncing to your healthcare provider's chart system, please contact your healthcare provider directly.
Are you a member of Ochsner? If so, it could be an issue with the My Chart network.
Ochsner grabs the data from our iHealth cloud and adds it to your chart so it is possible the reason they are sending these text messages is that my chart software or network needs to be reset.
