The iHealth COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test is for self-test (at-home test). The iHealth COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test does not include the iHealth Verified COVID Test Service.

When you place an order for the iHealth Verified COVID Test Service you will have been sent two messages.
1. An order confirmation email containing your order number and details on your order.
2. A ticket number email containing the ticket number(s) to be used to schedule your appointment on our scheduling website here

If you did not get the second email, please check your spam and junk filter. If you still cannot find that email, it was probably bounced by your email server. In that case, please be advised to use an alternate email when scheduling an appointment.
At the time of your appointment, go to ihealthcovidtest.com/verifyTest/redeem and enter your ticket number.
