Please contact customer support at support@ihealthlabs.com with your order number and the amount of test services you would like cancelled and refunded.
Special refund requests may be considered if your test report was rejected by an airline.
If your test report was rejected by an airline, please provide the following information so that we may investigate.
- Flight number
- Airline
- Departure from
- Destination
- Direct or connect
- Connect flight airport
- Who denied the report
- Why they denied the report
