iHealth Labs inc can provide a replacement for your iHealth COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test if your test kit is missing a swab, test card, or tube. We may also provide replacements for damaged or defective items, invalid tests, and tests with insufficient testing solution.

Please also attach a photo of the test kit materials received as well as photos of the front and back of the box.
If your pack of iHealth COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test is missing a sealed solution packet, please check the tube for solution as you may have received test set 1.
Test set 1 is the version of the test kit that comes with the testing solution already in the tube.
This is the same testing solution as that of test set 2 (separate sealed solution).
If you are missing a sealed solution packet and your tube is empty, please provide the information listed above for a replacement as this is considered insufficient testing solution.
We cannot provide a replacement for improper use of the test.
We cannot provide a replacement for counterfeit test kits.
