iHealth Devices use Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology, which means the device's Bluetooth is always on and discoverable in the app, instead of in the phone's Bluetooth setting. Our devices do not pair using the phone's bluetooth manager, but are called and paired by the app.
Download and install the iHealth MyVitals app. Once logged into the app use the button in the upper right hand corner of the app. Select the device type and follow the steps in the app to pair the device.
