Please leave the blood pressure monitor on the charger for at least 12 hours before using. The LED light should remain green (instead of flashing green).
Please note that the BP3L blood pressure monitor uses the Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology to ensure that the device is always discoverable. As opposed to devices using Bluetooth 3.0, it cannot be found in the Bluetooth setting of the smartphone/tablet. Instead, you should find the device within the iHealth MyVitals app (please note that the app is not the legacy version with a white “Legacy” banner across the app logo) by following the steps below:
- Devices tab,
- Plus icon in the top right corner,
- Blood Pressure Monitors,
- Ease BP3L,
- Next,
- A pop-up window should appear saying "Select the device to connect," tap the device with a code that matches the code on the device's QR sticker (or its end digits)
- The ⏸ button should light up on the blood pressure monitor and the app should say "The device is connected."
If you have added the blood pressure monitor to the app before, please delete the device from the app by tapping on "Forget It" and then reset the BP3L by pressing the ⏸ button. Then proceed to add it as a new device.
Hope this helps! If the issue persists, please let us know what the LED light looks like when the device is plugged into a USB charger, and send us screenshots of the MyVitals app connecting with the device.
