iHealth devices could be used with multiple users, each having their own profile, on the same smartphone/tablet or different smart devices.
To use the same smartphone/tablet, please go to the ACCOUNT tab in the iHealth MyVitals app (make sure that the app is not the legacy version with the white “Legacy” banner on the app icon), then tap on SWITCH ACCOUNT, then ADD ACCOUNT, then log in or create a new iHealth account. The iHealth device might need to be added to the new account, even if it has already been added to the app. Before switching users on the iHealth device, please make sure that the MyVitals app has been switched to the correct account.
If each user has their own smartphone/tablet and would prefer using their own smart device, please log into MyVitals app on their own smartphone/tablet, and add the iHealth device to their app while making sure any formerly connected smartphone/tablet has disabled the Bluetooth function. While making measurements, be sure to use the corresponding user's smart device.
