Although the test kits you are receiving may be iHealth brand test kits, they are most likely being sent by unauthorized distributors in order to charge your insurance or Medicare for the cost of the test kits.
iHealth Labs does not provide recurring shipments, nor do we ship products that are not pre-paid for.

If you are receiving recurring shipments of test kits and are unsure where they are coming from, there are two methods of determining who is sending the tests to you:
1. Shipping label:
Look for a shipping label on the package that the tests were delivered in. The shipping label should show a return address.
Please contact the company of the return address to request that they stop sending test kits to you instead.
2. EOB/MSN:
Your insurance or Medicare should send you an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) or Medicare Summary Notice (MSN) that details what the insurance covered.
Please check your EOB/MSN for charges to your insurance for test kits and the company that is submitting those charges.
With this information, you can either contact your insurance or Medicare to stop these charges, or contact the company shown to have them stop sending the test kits to you.
