iHealth's apps each have a function to delete your account.
To delete your account, find the app from the list below and follow the instructions provided.
iGluco (iHealth Gluco-Smart) iOS

iHealth MyVitals
- Open the iHealth MyVitals app
- At the bottom of your screen, select Account
- Select About
- Select Account and Safety
- Carefully read the warning
- After your iHealth account has been cancelled you will no longer be able to log in to any iHealth apps related to this account or recover any personal information from this account. Please back up all information and data for your account before cancelling.
- This action cannot be undone. Once the account has been cancelled, the data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
- Select Cancel
- Select Yes
iHealth COVID-19 Test app
- Open the iHealth COVID-19 Test app
- At the bottom of your screen, select Account
- Select Settings
- Select Account & Security
- Carefully read the warning
- After the account is deleted, you will not be able to log in. All personal information under the account (including vaccine information, images, pass QR code, etc.) will not be retrieved. Please back up the relevant information and data of the account before deleting. This operation is irreversible. The data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered after deleting.
- Select Delete
- Select Yes
iGluco (iHealth Gluco-Smart) iOS
- Open the iHealth iGluco app
- At the bottom of your screen, select Settings
- Select Account and safety
- Carefully read the warning
- After the iHealth account is cancelled, you can no longer log in all iHealth apps related to the account and all personal information in the account cannot be recovered. Please back up related information and data of the account on your own before canceling. The operation is irrevocable. After the account is cancelled, the data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
- Select Cancel
- Select Yes

- Open the iGluco app
- At the top left of your screen, select the three lines to open the menu
- Select Settings
- Select Account and safety
- Carefully read the warning
- After the iHealth account is cancelled, you can no longer log in all iHealth apps related to the account and all personal information in the account cannot be recovered. Please back up related information and data of the account on your own before canceling. The operation is irrevocable. After the account is cancelled, the data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
- Select Cancel
- Select Yes
